Non Toxic Homes Returns Policy

At Non Toxic Homes, we prioritize the quality and safety of our products. Due to the nature of our non-toxic goods, we are unable to accept returns on opened items. This ensures that every product we ship is in its original, untouched condition, protecting the health and safety of all our customers.

Returns Guidelines

• Unopened Products: We will accept returns on unopened items within 7 days of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging, sealed, and in the same condition it was received.

• Opened Products: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for any products that have been opened or used.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue. We will be happy to offer a replacement or refund in such cases.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return of an unopened product, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our caitlin@nontoxichomes.com within 7 days of receiving your item, providing your order number and reason for return.

2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending the item back.

3. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to damage or defects.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. You can expect the refund to be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Please note that any shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
